The Halton Explorer, HBCs popular summer bus which connects places to visit in the Borough, makes a welcome return at the end of July
Buses start either from Widnes Station or Walton Hall Gardens and visit sites including Victoria Park, Spike Island, The Catalyst Science Discovery Centre, Wigg Island, Town Hall Park, Runcorn Hill, Phoenix Park and Norton Priory. For only £1 a day for adults and 50p for children and of free for concessionary pass holders, you can hop on and off the bus to visit your favourite places. The service is running for an extra day this year so will be operating on Sundays 26th July, August 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th and Bank Holiday Monday August 31st.

Car Sharing helps with the environment, reduces the costs of travelling, inproves problems with parking and overcomes staff transport problems.
