Aughton was established in 1969 specifically to services to utility companies with a particular focus on oil and gas.  The company, now based on Astmoor Industrial Estate is fast approaching it’s 40th year in business.

Aughton’s principal activities of the business are control instrumentation and electrical engineering.  Aughton provide a number of services including: projects, installations and maintenance; instrument repairs and calibrations; and rental of test equipment.

Aughton Hire has various test equipments for rental, including environmental monitoring, flow and pressure meters, temperature measurement, thermal imaging and liquid / gas analysis.
