The Astmoor Business Improvement District (BID) will provide an Estate Manager, who will be employed through Halton Borough Council. The estate manager’s role will be to:
Act as the first point of contact for all issues concerning Astmoor Industrial Estate.
To effectively implement the Astmoor BID business plan, and ensure that all actions are completed.
To provide regular progress reports to businesses.
To manage financial resources, including the purchase of goods and services.
To organise Business Steering Group and Executive Committee meetings
To be the first point of contact for external agencies wishing to engage with companies on the estate.
Provide a regular newsletter for companies on new estate developments and initiatives.
Provide introductions to the estate and guided tours to companies wishing to invest in the industrial estate.
